This Privacy Policy explains how ElasticD3M, LLC ("we") handles personal and business information in connection with the vCFO Services.

1. What we collect

• Account and contact data: name, work email, organization, billing details (processed by our payment processor).
• Financial telemetry you connect: data from the ERP, accounting, and banking systems you authorize, used to produce your forecasts, scenarios, and reporting.
• Free-tool inputs: answers and email submitted to the free Cash Flow Check, used to return your result and send relevant updates.
• Usage and security logs: request metadata used for security, reliability, and audit.

2. How we use it

To deliver and improve the Services, produce your deliverables, provide support, process payment, send service and (where permitted) marketing communications, and meet legal and security obligations. We do not sell your data.

3. Data residency

Your data is stored and processed in United States regions. We do not store customer data in EU, APAC, or other non-US regions.

4. AI processing

We use the Anthropic API to power agent analysis. Inputs and outputs are processed to generate your deliverables and are logged (with content hashes) for audit and cost governance. See Subprocessors.

5. Retention

We retain account and audit records as required for security and compliance (audit logs a minimum of seven years), and delete or anonymize other data on a defined schedule or on verified request, subject to legal holds.

6. Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, and may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Email [email protected].

7. Analytics

We use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics. We do not load Google Analytics or third-party advertising trackers.
